Products and prices
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK delivery where stated on the product. Only games marked “In stock” can be purchased online. Games listed as coming autumn are shown for information and cannot be checked out until they are in stock.
Payment
Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout. Your contract is formed when we accept your order and payment succeeds.
Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Catalogue board game prices include UK delivery unless a product page says otherwise. We dispatch from Wymondham, Norfolk.
Cancellations and returns
If you are a consumer you may have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please contact us promptly at info@norfolkboards.com if you need to cancel or return an item. Games must be returned unused and in original packaging unless faulty. Custom or made-to-order items may be excluded from cancellation rights where the law allows.
Faulty goods
If a game arrives damaged or faulty, email us with photos and your order details. We will repair, replace or refund as appropriate under UK consumer law.
